  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to initiate the request.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place your unworn items back into the original packaging with all Fine Girl tags and labels intact.

  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
